• Unless otherwise indicated, all consultations are for ONE individual. There is an option to add on a Spouse/Partner, please select that option.
  
  
• Please complete the consultation questionnaire in its entirety and upload all requested paperwork for budgeting and credit consultations where indicated when scheduling your appointment.
  
  *** Otherwise, please submit your paperwork to your Credit/Budgeting Specialist at least 48 hours PRIOR to your scheduled consultation so that we may provide you with the very best of service.
  
  
• For Credit Consultations - we can NOT use Credit Karma. We do NOT review Individual Credit Bureau Reports. Please attach a 3-in-1 Credit Monitoring Report.
  Receiving a written plan of action for your specific Consultation? Your Credit Monitoring Service MUST remain active at least 2 days after the date of your consultation.
  
  
• Please add your appointment to your personal calendar. We have a firm 24hr cancelation policy. If you need to reschedule your appointment, you can do so by clicking on the link in your confirmation email.
